Simple and unpretentious.
A family atmosphere with a consistently warm welcome from the owner and staff: very professional and friendly.
In summer, a verdant paradise; in winter, a cozy dining room.
Always a delight.
Highly recommended with its touch of nature!

08/10/2026: We are regular customers of Patàpain, and it's one of my son's favorite cafes. Since he practices judo and swimming nearby, we come very often, almost every Saturday.
We really enjoy Patàpain, especially the one on Rue Moyenne, where we always receive a very warm welcome and excellent service.
Unfortunately, at the location near the Nautical Center, we regularly have difficulties with a young employee, particularly on October 3rd. While I very often order a children's menu for my son, this employee regularly gives us different information about it: sometimes she tells us that my son isn't allowed certain items on the menu, sometimes that certain products aren't included, as if she were applying her own rules. When I asked her where these rules were stated, she simply replied that they were on the website. After checking, I couldn't find this information.
I would therefore like to bring this situation to the attention of management and ask them to verify the information provided to customers and to remind this employee of the importance of a courteous and professional welcome.
We love Patàpain and simply wish to continue to enjoy our services.

26/09/2026: Passing through Bourges, the tourist office had booked a meal for 15 of us at this establishment, a meal paid for in advance. What a disappointment to be treated like paupers and not customers! The lentils were swimming in water, and what was supposed to be melted Chavignol cheese was actually a cheese that bore no resemblance to Chavignol at all—poor producers! The next course was supposed to be chicken carbonnade, but we received an unidentifiable meat drowning in thyme without any sauce. What's most astonishing is that no one asked us why the plates were being returned full. It was a strange experience, one not to be repeated and definitely not recommended.

29/09/2026: I ordered a cheese naan kebab as a set meal and was a little disappointed with the amount of meat and the size of the cheese naan. It should have been bigger with more meat. Also, the fries should not be served in a small tray on the side, but directly on the tray to provide a good quantity!
24/09/2026: The welcome was very good, the tacos were cooked perfectly, and the price wasn't too high. I recommend this place; the fries were very good but a little too salty, otherwise very good. It's just that the restaurant was empty, I was a little bored, but I'll definitely go back. Thank you for the service.

27/09/2026: It's a joke because they don't care about the drive-thru at night since we don't complain. I ordered one of the new Blue Lock menus and got an old burger with salad and 3-4 nuggets. The bun was missing; instead, I got a bun. What I got wasn't the bao I was expecting; it was a basic burger bun with a suspiciously stale/hard section, and all the vegetables (cabbage, carrots) were missing. I understand being fed up, but they have to take responsibility when there's a new menu and not just sell old stuff that has nothing to do with it at a higher price.
27/09/2026: Long wait for a Happy Meal order for two; we waited an hour asking where our order was. Very disappointed with the customer service…

26/08/2026: I came here during a promotional trip and I enjoyed the experience at Patapain. But I learned that in the standard farms where you source your pigs, the piglets are mutilated at birth: their tails are docked and their teeth ground down, while the breeding sows spend half their lives in cages. Knowing that pigs are intelligent and sensitive, this completely ruins my desire to return.
