25/03/2024: Excellent time with dishes that could be simple but which are prepared with excellence and accompanied by very tasty juices and sauces.
And original dishes, like wild garlic ice cream or an asparagus dessert, etc...
Overall I recommend a good discovery for us.

03/04/2024: Super nice discovery by moving towards Bourges. A magnificent decoration which sets the mood straight across the Channel. Good beers, delicious sausage, darts and billiards. A very warm welcome from the lady at the bar. We will come back regularly 😊

20/03/2024: Passing through the region we came this evening to the Débotte after a rather difficult day. Plus I'm a tough vegetarian and so it's a bit complicated for restaurateurs. The smile of the young woman who welcomed us stayed with us throughout the evening. It was good and the atmosphere is extremely warm. Thank you for making this sad day brighter. I really regret that your restaurant is not in Dinan, we would have quickly become regulars.

The friendliness of the waitress and the bartender were great, nothing to complain about there
The atmosphere was cozy and decorated for the occasion but the tables were quite close so not too much privacy for a meal between two
(But hey we can’t push the walls 😅)
The price was correct for a bar/bistro for this themed evening at €39 for starter, main course, dessert (excluding drinks)
However, I regret a drinks menu not prepared for this occasion (a glass of champagne or wine other than your regular drinks would have been a plus)
The starter and main course were divine, congratulations to your chef, however I did not appreciate the dessert (sold as a tiramisu at Ferrero Rocher) just like the person who accompanied me
Unfortunately I did not find this “tiramisu” side, the whipped cream used was not set and not sweet enough. The melting crunch of the Ferrero wasn’t there 😔
I still leave this rating of 4/5 because overall I still enjoyed this evening

05/04/2024: Fast restaurant and my daughter's favorite 😁😁 Lots of waiting during peak hours and holidays despite the terminals and the application. But the flame-cooked hamburgers are a real delight, never disappointed, always served hot, never forgotten or very rarely 😉 Young and friendly team. Restaurant redone even more pleasant, well maintained, and clean.
