My order was incomplete, and when I returned to report it, I was asked to bring all the bags back inside for verification. This situation is particularly unpleasant, especially since it's not the first time this has happened. I also noticed that several other customers were returning with the same problem of incomplete orders, which shows that this is not an isolated incident. I find it regrettable to feel that I am not being taken seriously, as if customers are expected to justify their complaints, when the problem seems to stem from a lack of attention to detail in order preparation. It would undoubtedly be beneficial to review the organization and management of the team in place. By comparison, other restaurants, such as those in Besançon or Montbéliard, offer smoother and better-managed service, demonstrating that improvements are possible.
