12/04/2026: Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my order placed today at the McDonald's drive-thru in Morteau. My order was incomplete, and when I returned to report it, I was asked to bring all the bags back inside for verification. This situation is particularly unpleasant, especially since it's not the first time this has happened. I also noticed that several other customers were returning with the same problem of incomplete orders, which shows that this is not an isolated incident. I find it regrettable to feel that I am not being taken seriously, as if customers are expected to justify their complaints, when the problem seems to stem from a lack of attention to detail in order preparation. It would undoubtedly be beneficial to review the organization and management of the team in place. By comparison, other restaurants, such as those in Besançon or Montbéliard, offer smoother and better-managed service, demonstrating that improvements are possible. 08/04/2026: A very nice establishment where we usually go once a year, the only small problem is that it's small and therefore quite noisy, but otherwise it's all positive.

06/04/2026: The reception was awful! Whatever you do, don't arrive before noon because they curtly tell you to come back later rather than offering you a drink at your table while you wait. So we left and returned around 12:10-15, still just as friendly. They chatted with us in a corner and made us wait at least 20 minutes before acknowledging our presence. People arrived after us and were served before us... The owner is alone in the dining room, so naturally... Overall, a very mediocre experience.
