15/02/2026: We came twice in a short period and, unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. Several items were missing from our orders (3 missing), there was an error with one product, and no sign indicating that the ice cream was out of service. It was replaced with pastries that were very dry. We don't often eat at fast-food restaurants, so when we do, we expect a minimum level of quality and service. Also, there was no soap in the restroom, and the hand dryer didn't even dry our hands. Disappointed.

14/02/2026: Very friendly, welcoming, no waiting, very fast service, hot meals. If all McDonald's were like this, it would be great. The staff are very polite and come to the table to check if everything is alright. Honestly, I'm very happy with the service every time. Thank you to the very friendly staff.
