McDonald's sur Loriol-Sur-Drome

Google Review Update: Following my review, I spoke directly with the manager, Ms. Assayah, of the McDonald's in Loriol, who took my complaint seriously. She acknowledged that the quality and quantity checks were not carried out with the expected rigor and that a reminder had been issued to the team to ensure this type of situation does not happen again. I would therefore like to emphasize that management genuinely took the time to examine my complaint and provide me with a detailed response, which I appreciate. She also offered me a credit to repeat the experience under better circumstances. However, I stand by the facts reported in my initial review: the portions were very small, the Croque McDo was extremely hard, and the half-filled ice creams had leaked in the bag, even though we were only three minutes from the restaurant. I now hope that the announced measures will prevent this type of experience from happening again. Thank you again, Ms. Assayah.

I went to the Drive-Thru this Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and was served by a wonderful woman named Nadège. Thank you for your professionalism and your friendly manner. We need more people like you. Keep up the good work! 😉 I look forward to being served by you again next time, and thank you for highlighting kind and hardworking people like Nadège.

The music was turned down at my request. The water tasted terrible. The glass, used repeatedly, still tasted disgusting despite being changed. I couldn't drink it. It's a shame the bottles aren't available anymore.
