Where to begin? We came for an ice cream break and we were surprised! After receiving our ice creams, we were pleasantly surprised to find them generously topped with caramel sauce. We were very happy!

Honestly, I don't understand some of the reviews. I'm giving it 5 stars 🌟 because, while traveling from the South to Troyes, we stopped there after escaping the massive traffic jams. The staff were kind and incredibly responsive, keeping a smile on their faces despite the stress and disrespect of some tourists. Everyone enjoyed their meal, especially me, because usually, in many McDonald's, the salad is wilted. Here, it was super fresh and perfect. Who would have thought that this simple stop would give us the strength to face the stressful road trips of our vacation 😅 Thank you to the whole team. And good luck! Fighting 😂

A McDonald's is the same everywhere. But in Loriol, there's Chaynese, which offers 5-star service that's not what you'd expect from fast food. And that makes all the difference 🙂 Thank you for your proactive approach and kindness. 👍👍👍

17/08/2026: I spent a few days in the area and ate here a few times. The food is very good and served very quickly. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere on the terrace is pleasant, both at lunch and in the evening. The desserts are delicious, I recommend the Creme Brûlée and the Profiterole 🤩. The pizza is also very good, made in a wood-fired oven. 🍕
17/08/2026: Great experience! We had a lovely experience at Le Rouge et Noir. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The terrace is also a real highlight, with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy a meal and take your time. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily come back!

Impeccable value for money, fast service, a very open and understanding chef/owner, and a super attentive and extremely kind waitress! Dining in the park is always a treat! Excellent value for money. Very pleasant welcome. Dining in the park is always a delight.
