07/07/2026: Concise and refined menu.
The dishes are elegant and the setting very pleasant. The chocolate endive dessert is unusual but successful. I'd like to see how it would turn out with green apples.
Note for possible improvement:
Be careful not to oversalt the pollock soup (which is still good nonetheless).
Pleasant waiter, which is always appreciated.
