24/05/2026: A superb discovery from start to finish. Everything was absolutely perfect: the welcome, the service, the ambiance, and above all, the refined, creative, and flavorful seasonal cuisine. Each dish was crafted with great care and precision, without ever being overdone. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion for cooking. This restaurant truly deserves its reputation. We will gladly return!

13/05/2026: I'm usually quite critical of pizzas, but I have to admit these were excellent! Amigos Pizza uses good ingredients, and the service is friendly too. I'll definitely be back for work. I recommend it! 🙂

Wow, Buffalo Grill isn't what it used to be!
The tartare with its seasoning arrived "pre-made."
The double carpaccio was served on two plates, one of which was dirty...
There are quite a few things that need improvement!

06/07/2026: WOW! We arrived after a 32km hike on the Urbain V trail. We were so hot and exhausted.
What a wonderful discovery! My luggage was already waiting for me in the room (which was air-conditioned, too!), so I didn't even have to carry it up. What a lovely little touch after such a long day! Dinner was delicious and the welcome was so warm: I highly recommend it! 🥰

29/06/2026: A must-visit in Nîmes, as this was a Quick restaurant for decades during my childhood.
Columbus has since taken over very well; the place is clean, the atmosphere is great, the homemade sandwiches, salads, cakes, and drinks are excellent, and above all, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
