14/10/2026: A very bad experience at the KFC in Biganos. A week ago, I received a free ice cream after leaving a 5-star review. I returned this Tuesday with a friend, and the manager accused us of deleting my review, when I had simply edited it. He refused to give us ice cream and asked us to leave, saying that was it for us. We are 15 years old, and I find it truly regrettable that a manager would speak to young customers like that, with an attitude that I found arrogant and disrespectful. I can understand that rules need to be enforced, but they can be explained politely, without calling customers liars. Very disappointed by this experience and by the way we were treated.

11/10/2026: An excellent experience at KFC! The staff is attentive, the service is fast, and the food is piping hot. Orders are well-prepared and nothing is missing. A big thank you for everything and the experience provided. I highly recommend the KFC in Biganos.
