18/08/2026: An absolutely exceptional experience We had a sensational time. The Chef is remarkable, and his team is equally extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the last course, everything was exceptionally well-executed, with a perfectly controlled pace that allowed us to fully savor every moment. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, generous, and flawlessly executed. Each dish demonstrates true expertise and remarkable mastery. What particularly distinguishes Le Prince Noir is this harmony between the excellence of the cuisine, the quality of the service, and the generosity of the entire team. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, it is rare to encounter such a complete experience, without a single flaw. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. Le Prince Noir undoubtedly deserves to be known and discovered.

17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. We were very lucky because the restaurant was full, but they made us a table for four: thank you! The country burger, the tagliatelle, the broutcheta: perfect. The desserts were also good. Thank you for the warm welcome.

06/09/2026: I discovered this place a few years ago and was one of the first to leave a very positive review. Unfortunately, my last two visits in April, and today in particular, have put me off going back. Always a warm welcome, even when it was busy, I arrived as usual with my daughter at 9:15, practically at opening time. Three tables were taken on the terrace, and we were seated at one of the worst tables in the place, even though all the others were free. (Clearly, they were choosing based on who they were.) Barely a hello and no smile. I waited almost 10 minutes before the same person asked me if I had chosen... I know there are daily specials, but apparently, it was up to me to guess and go get the menu board... She seemed overwhelmed, with three tables occupied, to tell me the specials (I should mention that I have 30 years of experience in this industry). I asked her for the bill, and she got annoyed, muttering to herself... Anyway, it's Sunday, I'm here for a minimum of service and a smile. I've been coming to Le Ferret for over 45 years, and I've enjoyed having my little brunch here for the past few years! They've lost a customer, and I won't be recommending this place anymore... What a shame, the Café du Marché will be my go-to spot again!

24/08/2026: Stag and Loar, a Guinness nest, and lunch at the Irish-style pub. I had the Fish and Chips, tempura-style for fresh fish, De Luxe. They also have Burgers and other dishes, always De Luxe. Irish beers and wine, in a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere with jazz or slow blues playing. In Talence, almost opposite the Leclerc supermarket. We'll be back.

15/08/2026: The burgers are amazing! We come here often because we know we'll have a great meal with friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff takes care of everything from start to finish, ending with delicious homemade desserts.

28/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome, the service, the staff—everything was top-notch. The products are high quality; try the homemade bread, worthy of a fine bakery. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was quick. We tried the tricandilles, a Bordeaux specialty worth discovering, which the chef made us appreciate. A little tip: remember to make a reservation.

28/08/2026: We arrived without a reservation at 1 p.m. and received a warm welcome despite the August crowds. The meal was very reasonably priced for the Arcachon Bay area (a rare find), and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

22/08/2026: For lunch, they offered a set menu for €21, including a main course and dessert. The main course was a generous portion: a pasta salad with grated vegetables and a Thai-inspired dressing, followed by a completely indulgent dessert 😋: warm doughnuts with salted caramel. The beer, which we enjoyed, was locally sourced and had a low alcohol content. Perfect for us. The owner was confident in his choices and readily took the time to chat with his customers. A very good restaurant. Highly recommended.

15/08/2026: There was nothing on the menu that was advertised. Based on previous reviews, we were expecting scones, freshly baked bread, avocado toast, poached eggs, and good coffee—the standard brunch fare. None of the above were available... a huge disappointment

06/08/2026: Fantastic experience!! The servers are very friendly and attentive. Plus, everything is set up so everyone can enjoy a wonderful brunch. The food is varied and full of flavors from all over the world. I highly recommend it 😁. You won't be disappointed coming to this café 🤗.

25/08/2026: I often eat mussels, from Brittany to the Adriatic... HERE I definitely had the best "moules marinières" (mussels in white wine), served with excellent service and the staff in great spirits. A lucky find that I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Bordeaux.

26/08/2026: Absolutely divine! Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The vitello tonnato was especially good, and both the tomato tart with burrata and the aubergine focaccia were outstanding. Every dish felt fresh, refined and perfectly balanced. We also really enjoyed the wine, which paired beautifully with the food. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Definitely a place we would happily come back to. Highly recommended!
