20/02/2026: I share at least two things with this chef: our first name (rare!) and a taste for "well done." And that's an understatement. Everything was very well done. A remarkable experience, following the thread of our local produce, guided with inventiveness and mastery by the entire team, with service provided by talented chefs and excellent wine recommendations. Special mention to the saucier. A few daring surprises, perfectly executed, pushing the boundaries of structure and sublime flavors in a pleasant atmosphere.

20/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Prince Noir in Lormont. The cuisine is inventive, refined, and showcases local produce beautifully, with a truly successful balance of flavors. The service is attentive, professional, and very pleasant, which adds to the overall experience. The setting is elegant, modern, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience.

19/03/2026: Excellent spot for dinner with friends (upstairs) or a romantic dinner for two (downstairs). Rugby and football matches are shown on a large screen, depending on the schedule. Very nice food and wine list. Everything is fresh and delicious. Special mention for their Caesar salad, which is FINALLY made with the original recipe. Good wine list. Friendly and efficient service.

17/04/2026: A lovely and delicious spot in Bordeaux, recently awarded a Bib Gourmand. The concept of sharing plates is a success. Each dish has its own unique character, and the flavors are spot on. However, while it's marketed as a wine bar, the selection of wines by the glass is limited (though the prices are very reasonable). The wine glasses aren't changed, whether it's white over red or red over rosé. A minor drawback. There are two servers: one with long, tied-back hair, very friendly, and another a bit more reserved, but still professional. A great place, highly recommended!

27/01/2026: My son went to this establishment to have lunch with his friends during his midday break. His school is quite far away, so he hurried to get there. Once there, they violently refused him the kids' menu, calling him a liar and physically abusing him. It's a disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

10/03/2026: I came here for a drink, and I wasn't disappointed! I came on a Monday. Marina, the bartender, was amazing. Smiling, kind, and attentive, she gave me great recommendations, and I had a good laugh with her. A very good time; she managed everything perfectly, even on her own. The little black dog was incredible. I highly recommend it.
