17/05/2026: 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting to pay for our drive-thru order. For a fast food restaurant, that's a complete failure... once at the payment kiosk, we waited 10 minutes before someone came to ring us up, and then, surprise, we had to reorder because our previous orders had disappeared. We reordered, and this time it took another 20 minutes to get our sandwiches... deplorable, but it didn't end there!!! We checked our order, everything was perfect until I wanted to order a Big Mac with four beef patties, four buns, and more sauce underneath the burger than inside it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Anyway, I'm extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I've stopped there several times before, but this is too much.

17/05/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ We placed a click & collect order on our way to our vacation destination to save time, avoid a long stop, quickly pick up our order, and get back on the road… Result: a disastrous experience. Upon arriving in the parking lot, an employee blocked access, announcing that the restaurant was closed, even though there were plenty of people inside and on the terrace. When we pointed out that we had already paid for a click & collect order, we were told we had to go inside to request a refund, as they were no longer taking orders. Inside, it was a complete disaster: a dirty dining room, fries everywhere on the floor, totally disorganized staff, and clueless employees who all referred us to a manager who seemed unwilling to delegate. We waited over 15 minutes just to get our €10 refund, but not our loyalty points… In short: a waste of time, deplorable organization, a restaurant in a terrible state, and, most importantly, children who left without eating. An unacceptable experience, especially if you're in a hurry. Very poor management and disappointing service. Avoid it.
