21/08/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I don't think this applies to all the chicken sandwiches, or maybe the quality has gone down, but I ordered a Niçoise chicken sandwich and oh my god, it was awful! Dry bread, sauce? They must have forgotten it or cut corners on it. The chicken was the same 🤷🏻‍♀️. I thought I'd leave a negative review because, honestly, paying 5 bucks for this! Next time I'll just buy a Sodebo salad and it'll be cheaper... but the worst was yet to come. I was eating my sandwich almost to the end when I felt something hard. I spat it out to see, and that's when I discovered a huge piece of plastic in the sandwich. It's a disgrace, not so much the piece of plastic itself, but the worst part is that I could have hurt myself. Judge for yourselves in the photo. First and last time. To allow our quality department to investigate the cause of this incident and get back to you with a clear explanation, it would have been preferable to return the product in question to the store, if possible. Nevertheless, we take your comment very seriously and thank you for alerting us. It will be passed on to our teams to strengthen our vigilance. Following your response, I would like to clarify that I did return the product to the Poulaillon stand. The employee apologized and offered me a coffee or a drink, which I declined. I think a refund for the sandwich would have been more appropriate.
