Special mention to our waitress, Lauralyne: smiling, professional, very empathetic, and passionate about her work. It's rare to be served by such a pleasant and dedicated young woman. Making people happy is in your nature. You love to please, and it shows. Well done! Keep up the good work! I had the Iberian pork pluma. Absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned with green vegetables and fries. Crispy, colorful, and flavorful. It's refined and gourmet. The women ordered the cod with asparagus, which was also excellent, cooked to perfection and very precisely, which isn't easy with a rather thick loin. The dessert was also excellent, a spherical strawberry cake. It could be even more sublime with a strawberry or raspberry coulis. We'll be back. Top-notch address. Thanks to Nicolas as well for his welcome. Go without hesitation. The chef is fantastic, as is the service. What more could you ask for?

19/04/2026: We've known this restaurant for ten years. We hadn't been for several years. In the past, we'd been very disappointed by the service. This time, we were pleasantly surprised by the improved service, which had been disappointing in the past. However, the value for money isn't there for the main courses on the menu. The truffles were really not good. The fish dish we chose was very pretty, but the taste was lacking. On the other hand, we loved the petit fours and the much more original appetizers.

12/04/2026: Given the restaurant's reputation, I was expecting something truly exceptional, but my experience at L’Atelier du Peintre was rather disappointing. The set menu choices were bold, and the dishes were decent. However, the service, particularly from the sommelier, wasn't up to the standard one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The desserts, on the other hand, were excellent. Considering the price and the establishment's prestige, the experience fell short, even though it remains a very good restaurant.

06/03/2026: It's good, it's nice, the prices are fair, and the food is delicious. The decor is Alsatian, it's a style, but it lingers in your mind, and for that reason alone, we'll be back. The tarte flambée is expertly made. A very charming spot in a very touristy area where some places wouldn't hesitate to serve you bland and overpriced food. L'Arbalète isn't a tourist trap, but a truly lovely restaurant! And we absolutely love it!

30/03/2026: We came as a group of three for lunch. The welcome was excellent, the staff were friendly and very pleasant, and the meal was truly delicious. The dishes were served piping hot, which was fantastic. Everything was really great, top-notch. The only downside was the pastry selection, which needs improvement; the cake was hard and tasteless. It's a real shame they could do better. The prices are still high for this type of restaurant; it's not affordable for everyone. It's a pity that so many people can't enjoy it, especially given the current economic climate and the difficulties many people face.

17/01/2026: We arrived by chance, and although we didn't have a reservation, we were able to have dinner on the first floor. La Quille is a wine bar with an excellent selection of wines (mainly French, of course) that offers dishes that complement and pair beautifully with wine. They also have other drinks and even cocktails. Although we don't speak French, our experience was very good, communicating in English with the always friendly and attentive waiters. We ordered the house Croque-monsieur, a hummus dish, and a cheese board, accompanied by a 2023 Pinot Noir Rouge from Alsace (Domaine Engel). Everything was delicious and excellently served, although we had to remind them that the cheese board was missing (which arrived promptly). I think it's an excellent place to enjoy wine and a light meal. It's also a great place to spend quality time with friends and loved ones. Highly recommended.

17/04/2026: Absolutely delicious! The place is beautifully presented, both in terms of decor and cleanliness. The manager is incredibly friendly. There's a good selection on the menu. We had to take home a doggy bag because the portions were so generous! 😅 I highly recommend it, and a major plus that makes all the difference... there's a play area for children!

04/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at the tasting. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the owner's explanations were fascinating. Some of the wines even pleasantly surprised us with their original and delicate flavors. The only slight suggestion for improvement was that we would have appreciated slightly more generous tasting portions. However, this didn't detract from the experience at all, which was truly delightful. Thank you again for this lovely time!
