Today, the traditional baguette weighs 236g (instead of 250g) and the traditional loaf 370g (instead of 400g)...and this isn't the first time...
23/08/2026: The welcome is always pleasant. The staff are polite, smiling, and efficient. The selection is vast, although I regret the limited availability of vegetarian options, especially in the sandwich section. The cakes and pastries are delicious. The prices remain competitive.

Excellent cuisine, excellent service, excellent value for money, very pleasant and comfortable dining rooms, perfectly set tables—in short, everything for a perfect lunch or dinner.
And a special mention for the lunch menu, which changes weekly and offers delightful discoveries each time. Bravo and thank you to the kitchen team, and thank you also to the waitstaff for their professionalism, friendliness, and discretion.

20/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would; it truly deserves zero. There's an error with every order; products are always missing. I tried calling five times to report the problem, but it's impossible to reach anyone; they hang up immediately after announcing that someone will answer. I'm really disappointed.

26/05/2026: I wanted to go back to Bacchus because the closed Quilles Saint-Martial bar left me with few alternatives... I returned reluctantly, as I've never been very enthusiastic about the wine list. It hasn't changed, apart from some Thierry Germain and a few rare, rather decent wines. Fortunately, we were advised not to expect to be served quickly, as most of the clientele was waiting for mediocre tapas or other overpriced delicacies. The best? Store-brand peanuts for 2 euros or potato chips of the same origin for 3 euros... seriously? What kind of place is this?
So, if you're well-dressed, influential, friends with the owner, and the quality of your food and drink is secondary, this is the place for you. For wine lovers, I'm talking about real enthusiasts and not label drinkers, frankly... wait for the opening of the wine bar at La Place, in a little while, but don't torture yourselves at Bacchus.
