15/09/2024: The drive is non-existent. We bounced around several cars for more than 10 minutes. The only interaction was: thanks for waiting, wait a little longer.
We left without ordering.
What is the purpose of a drive-thru and the term “fast food”?
Direction KFC, I didn't wait more than 5 seconds.
Honestly, you're going to have to pull yourself together...
02/09/2024: Fast food without the fast, 0 customer service whether it's the team members or the managers, not a glance while you wait at the counter. 10 minutes of waiting AFTER 30 minutes of waiting for an order all so as not to have an answer to our problem
