We were delighted and have become regular customers. The owner who serves you is very warm and always smiling! A real treat and always a warm welcome!

09/05/2026: More than just a bar, Chez Thierry is our Proustian madeleine. After a 15-year absence from the plateau, everything has changed except Jeff, its iconic owner, its beers, and its 100% pub atmosphere. An institution, a must-stop if you're passing through Lannemezan.

03/04/2026: It's a very pretty and comfortable hotel right in the center of the village, just steps from the thermal baths and the gondola lift to the slopes. We received a very warm welcome, both charming and professional. Our room was lovely, bright, comfortable, and well-heated, with absolutely everything we needed (and even a few extras). Breakfast is perfect, served in the ski bar below the hotel. The ski bar is also a great place to have lunch and afternoon tea after skiing. Fantastic! We'll be back.

24/02/2026: Once again, a flawless experience for this hotel and all its staff! We come here very regularly as a family (grandparents, children, and grandchildren), and for us, it's the best option in the entire region: a charming hotel with all-wood decor, very well maintained, with many thoughtful touches both in and out of the room, and a fantastic team: special mention to Ambre, Matthias, and all the staff (including the wonderful housekeepers). We can't wait to come back!

27/08/2026: Perfect except for a small error with the service. Quickly forgotten (young people for the summer). Excellent value for money. You can go there with complete confidence.

27/08/2026: The service was very friendly, to be honest. Without realizing it, I think we arrived a little late, as it was lunchtime for us, but people in this area tend to eat earlier. Even so, they welcomed us and offered us some options. All the waiters were incredibly kind.

The treats were delicious, a real delight for the taste buds, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. ☕🍰 A lovely family moment in a friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

17/07/2026: The waitress was unwelcoming; we felt like we were bothering her. Very few drinks available, no ice. Avoid this place.
