Following a misunderstanding regarding an order, he intervened quickly, attentively, and efficiently to find a satisfactory solution. I would also like to thank the person who took the order. Despite the misunderstanding, she remained professional, pleasant, and respectful throughout the entire interaction, which was greatly appreciated.
