18/03/2026: I spent 30 minutes waiting for my order, knowing there was no one there. The manager was just standing behind me laughing. The worst part is that one of the two children's menu items was missing from my order. A bunch of incompetents! Nothing like the one in Rennes, which is very efficient and fast.

02/04/2026: Thank you to Riwan for his welcome at McDonald's Cesson-Sévigné. Furthermore, when I went through the drive-thru, he took my order perfectly on the first try without me having to repeat myself.
The 5 stars are for him, to highlight his professionalism.
I went on April 1st, and no, it's not an April Fool's joke, but the fillets were very good 😃
29/03/2026: APPALLING,
There are no other words. We came specifically to try the new Mario Galaxy sauces. Even at the drive-thru, the person didn't understand the order at all. My partner picked it up, and one of our drinks and a fry were missing. Everything was served cold. He had to go back inside to get the rest of his order. But the icing on the cake! When he got home, there were no sauces at all!!! I called, and they basically told me, "Sorry, you can come back, we'll give you the sauces and an ice cream for free" (nice, eating sauces with ice cream). I expressed my dissatisfaction, and they told me that basically they wouldn't give me a refund because the order was pretty much correct (lol), and that it was basically my partner's fault for not noticing the missing sauces. So yes, I'm sorry, but you don't need a PhD to read what to put in a bag for an order on a chart! And the person insisted that she had put the sauces in and that she was certain! Lovely evening, and we eat at 10 pm! Avoid at all costs

17/02/2026: I completely agree with the recent negative reviews. The prices have gone up, and it's so disappointing. Some burgers are cheaper... the ones we don't order, of course. On the other hand, if I order a meal deal with coffee and dessert, the bill skyrockets. Try a Fourme d'Ambert burger with dessert and coffee, and do the math again. The price we paid before is completely different. There were five of us, and we all had the same experience. It's a shame; I'm not sure the ratio of customers lost due to the price increase versus customers gained from the price reductions on classic burgers is very positive. Let's just say the establishment's policy has changed... making it more divisive. Be careful, because there are burger and food places nearby that do just as well for less. It's up to us to go elsewhere, of course, but it's just a shame... a shame because the taste and the friendliness are still there, but the heart of the establishment isn't as welcoming anymore.
11/02/2026: I was very surprised to see the price changes implemented by your establishment. There are fewer choices on the menu, while prices have continued to rise. Admittedly, some burgers have seen a price decrease, but for me, used to ordering a meal deal including a main course, dessert, and drink, I now find myself having to pay for my dessert and coffee separately (which I ultimately didn't order).
I'm sorry to say it, but it's now more economical to go to Whitfield next door or order from Refectory. It's truly frustrating because the quality of the food is quite good, but the prices and service have become far too excessive. I came to have a good time, but I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I no longer see the point in returning, even though I used to enjoy coming with my colleagues. There were six of us who went to your restaurant, and we all agree that we won't be back, as there are other equally tasty and, above all, cheaper options elsewhere. I'm sorry, but the value for money is no longer there. I've read the previous explanation for the negative review, and I completely agree with that sentiment based on my own experience. It's no longer really appealing to have lunch at this establishment.
