21/08/2026: On August 12, 2026, I arrived at the drive-thru around 8:30 PM. There were 8 cars ahead of mine. You won't believe this! Between the time I entered the queue and the time I picked up my order, the wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes! Not a single employee came by to inform the poor customers (myself included) about the wait time. No reaction whatsoever! No initiative was taken to get us out of that drive-thru queue! NOTHING! No offer of compensation! NOTHING! Apparently, they're understaffed! Fine! I understand, but in this CASE, you react! You close THE DRIVE-THRU AND YOU DON'T LEAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES IN THEIR VEHICLES WITH NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO WAIT! But hey, the seasonal workers don't care, and the MANAGER APPARENTLY DOESN'T EITHER!! The burgers were okay, but the fries were soggy and cold!! Don't bother!! HOW A SHAME I received the same kind of response as the other people who left negative reviews!! No self-reflection whatsoever! Apparently, making customers wait an hour and a half stuck in the drive-thru line with their cars isn't a problem for this "manager" at all!
