03/05/2026: We ordered two gourmet coffees for €5 each, and my partner went back for two more Americanos (€5.40 each), the same size but without the pastries. Something's not right here... We paid more and received less. We asked for a refund or to change the order, but they said it was impossible. They're not customer-oriented at all. I'm extremely disappointed. I much prefer the one in Bourgoin-Jallieu where the staff is far more friendly.

02/05/2026: Please keep the hot and cold items separate at the drive-thru; it's the bare minimum. Because right now, it seems like some people are just too lazy to do their jobs properly.
