09/10/2023: We have been to Capella several times but this time the level has gone up a notch thanks to the Argentinian chef who knows how to use local products with a touch of his country's cuisine and all this makes for inventive, original cuisine that is very fragrant and in the spirit of the times We were enchanted by the dishes but also by the impeccable service and the explanations for making the dishes. We had the pleasure of tasting the chef's signature menu and we enjoyed all the dishes We wish for star-studded recognition which would be well deserved!!!!! Mr and Mrs Dombrie
