We have been to Capella several times but this time the level has gone up a notch thanks to the Argentinian chef who knows how to use local products with a touch of his country's cuisine and all this makes for inventive, original cuisine that is very fragrant and in the spirit of the times We were enchanted by the dishes but also by the impeccable service and the explanations for making the dishes. We had the pleasure of tasting the chef's signature menu and we enjoyed all the dishes We wish for star-studded recognition which would be well deserved!!!!! Mr and Mrs Dombrie

A complete and perfect experience. Everything was incredible. The service, the location, the taste offerings... The menu goes from surprise to surprise. A huge favorite!

Very beautiful, fine and original cuisine. Flavors in all the plates offered. A truly uncompromising vegetarian menu with very beautiful compositions. Too bad the service is not up to par, sommelier included. Responsibility to the head of the establishment rather than to the young people who are sent to the coal without enough training and support. Mixed atmosphere at the exit between refined cuisine but lacking the service that one can expect at this price level.

We had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant, and we had a very good experience! The service team is cheerful, smiling and attentive. We let ourselves be guided through the chef's Signature menu, and his story that he expresses through the dishes! No problem for a specific diet (pregnant woman for example) where the dishes are adapted to the person. Special mention to the sommelier for his discovery and the discussion at the end of the meal. If you appreciate fine cuisine, we recommend this place.
