We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The setting is idyllic, housed in a magnificent stone tower with soaring vaulted ceilings, offering an atmosphere that is both warm and elegant. The service is particularly pleasant, attentive, and professional. The dishes are exquisitely refined, perfectly executed, and the wine and spirits recommendations are excellent. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation. A special mention goes to the chef for his lobster cooked in Monbazillac wine, a dish as original as it is delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. Our sincere congratulations!

An excellent place! From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and elegant presentation. The service was warm, professional, and attentive. Special mention for the amuse-bouche: a modern twist on "tomato and mozzarella"—a true success! Original, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced, it was simply a delight. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend it!

The setting is idyllic; we will definitely return to the estate during the day. The dining room is beautiful, and the furniture is perfectly coordinated. We enjoyed a six-course menu, a perfect combination of flavors, featuring dishes we rarely have the opportunity to eat. They were very accommodating and flexible with dietary restrictions. My only regret is the limited number of vegetarian options.

A truly wonderful experience; the dishes were not only beautifully presented but also excellent. The sommelier offered excellent advice and had a very thorough knowledge of the wine list. The cooking was perfectly executed, and the dessert was very interesting and sophisticated. Excellent value for money.

We booked this Chateaux at the last minute and discovered this restaurant on site.....wow what an experience!!! Every single aspect of our meal was exquisite!!! The service was personable, the food was out of this world SPECTACULAR ...and the wine pairing with the help of the amazing sommelier was the icing on the cake!! A very pleasant time spent at the Capella restaurant, located within the grounds of the Château de Chapeau Cornu (Christmas offer). The staff is exceptional, and the service lives up to expectations. As for the cuisine, we sampled four different dishes, each paired with a wine, and we loved them. Originality, cooking, presentation, service—all outstanding! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, in a very elegant setting. Highly recommended.
