An absolutely exceptional experience! The cuisine is simply sumptuous; each dish is a true masterpiece, as beautiful as it is delicious. The service also deserves high praise. The servers are remarkably kind, professional, and attentive. Throughout the meal, we were treated to thoughtful touches: refined amuse-bouches and delectable petits fours, which made the experience even more memorable. The ambiance is equally perfect, with soft and elegant music that wonderfully complements the meal in a magnificent and romantic setting. A truly wonderful experience; the dishes were not only beautifully presented but also excellent. The sommelier offered excellent advice and had a very thorough knowledge of the wine list. The cooking was perfectly executed, and the dessert was very interesting and sophisticated. Excellent value for money.

We booked this Chateaux at the last minute and discovered this restaurant on site.....wow what an experience!!! Every single aspect of our meal was exquisite!!! The service was personable, the food was out of this world SPECTACULAR ...and the wine pairing with the help of the amazing sommelier was the icing on the cake!! A very pleasant time spent at the Capella restaurant, located within the grounds of the Château de Chapeau Cornu (Christmas offer). The staff is exceptional, and the service lives up to expectations. As for the cuisine, we sampled four different dishes, each paired with a wine, and we loved them. Originality, cooking, presentation, service—all outstanding! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, in a very elegant setting. Highly recommended.

I came on Friday evening with my husband, fresh from the spa. We discovered excellent cuisine and service. The place is very welcoming, the atmosphere warm and inviting. We were very satisfied throughout the entire meal, and that's so nice—it's hard to find a place where you can find something to recommend! What also made us happy were the little (and complimentary) touches, like an amuse-bouche, a "post-dessert" drink, and a wine recommendation. This contributes to customer satisfaction, I assure you. Of course, the quality of the food was excellent; the duck was cooked to perfection, in my case, and the presentation was very elegant from start to finish, making you want to savor this beautiful cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant, both online and to my friends and family, as this experience was very positive and I'm sure I'll remember it for a long time. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much, and I look forward to seeing you again!

On one of the last evenings of February, quite by chance, my wife and I had an extraordinary experience. What a wonderful moment! The place, the staff—what more can I say than congratulations! But that's not all! A huge thank you to the chef who allowed us to savor his cuisine, where taste truly serves the ingredients. A beautiful harmony of flavors. The different dishes were so delightful, an exceptional signature that allowed us to discover another way of approaching the art of refined cuisine. A big bravo! What are some areas for improvement in this incredible tasting experience? A better adjustment of portion sizes, perhaps a slightly oversized starter. And a bit more flair, like a cocktail prepared fresh in front of the customer? A crème brûlée flambéed at the table? In any case, our sincere congratulations, and we will certainly be back!

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant is, located in a medieval castle! A gastronomic meal where each dish is a true journey through a world of flavors. Bold yet absolutely fabulous choices, like the unlikely but delicious combination of pineapple and snails!
