05/05/2024: Still a lot of waiting despite staff being more trained.
Always too much waiting even when ordering online.
Very poorly done parking between waiting for your orders and leaving the parking lot.
As long as people have parked incorrectly (the sidewalk on the order line has washed away) I often get insulted by people leaving the parking lot. To review and improve.
