20/07/2026: What can I say? A 30-minute wait at the drive-thru tonight, July 20th, 2026, at 10 PM. No one took our order at the kiosk. We kept going, no one at the register. Someone walked by, we called out hello, and nothing happened. The guy walked by even though he saw us. Then we waited another 20 minutes for two ice creams… It's complicated, as always… And there wasn't even a single other customer, neither at the drive-thru nor inside.

18/07/2026: It's a real shame we can't give it 0/5. We walk into the restaurant: not a soul in sight. We place our order and ask for a receipt from the machine: no more paper! So, just the easel. We sit down at a table: NOT CLEANED, like all the tables around us. You'd wonder if there were cockroaches in the electrical outlets! We go to the restrooms: DISGUSTING, especially the men's. I know few men sit on the toilet, but make an effort! We wait for our order: a good half hour. We then decide to go to the counter, where we're told: "It's being prepared, it's a large order." To clarify: there were four of us, with four meals, three of which were small. Ten minutes later, our order arrives. Everything was going well until we tried McDonald's new specialty: the "Little Chicken and Bleach Wrap." A disgusting taste of bleach flooded our mouths. We thought it might be psychological, so we smelled it: the bleach smell was definitely there. We went to the counter: not a single apology, not a single excuse, just: "Oh, really? We'll make you some more." Furthermore, the staff preparing the food weren't wearing hairnets. We returned to our table and heard a kind and VERY friendly woman say: "HERE ARE YOUR BLEACH WRAPS." OUTRAGEOUS!!! It's unbelievable: if they tell you there's a taste AND a smell of bleach, it's because it's true. At this restaurant, you feel like just a number, when you're a human being who shouldn't have to risk food poisoning. Just so you know, bleach is toxic! I hope the health inspectors come by and find some nasty surprises. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. The staff is incredibly disrespectful and irresponsible. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
