25/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. Upon entering the restaurant, no one greeted me. There was only one person serving customers, while the other employees walked by without so much as a glance or a word. A warm welcome is fundamental in any business. With such a lack of professionalism and courtesy, one wonders how this establishment can still operate. It's a shame, as it reflects very poorly on the brand.

23/07/2026: A fly, not yet squashed, on the bread with a little sauce. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews, and now I understand. Perhaps the restaurant's hygiene needs improvement, I don't know, but it makes me wonder…
