25/08/2024: Beautiful, very well maintained restaurant that looks quite new. Personally I was well received, everything was prepared as I asked. In short, I got what I wanted with a smile.
13/08/2024: I'm going to start this review with the positive things because it will be very quick: air conditioning when it's 35°C outside Having worked in a Subway myself for a few years, I know the procedures very well, which is why I am taking the liberty of writing this review. We were served by the manager Lucile and what can we say... - The welcome was non-existent: no response to “hello”, not even a glance. - When ordering she seemed disgusted to serve us, we had the impression of being a nuisance. She doesn't listen, for example I ask for extra meat in my sandwich, she moves on to the next one so I have to repeat several times for each change. - The proportions were ridiculous, I learned to add two spoons of meat, we barely got one. - The parmesan & oregano breads were barely seasoned, they look more like white breads. - Grated Emmental cheese which is extra (???) while American cheese is not. - When toasting, a slice of salami remains stuck to the bottom, nothing serious, but why put a cold slice among the rest of the hot meat? - As for the choice of vegetables, there are simply no more. When I worked at Subway the motto was simple "You're the boss", so why can't I choose my vegetables. I had a roast chicken, the vegetables are not predefined. - Speaking of vegetables, we arrived 2 hours before closing and there was no more salad, it takes 30 seconds to cut with the electric slicer. - I asked for sweet onion sauce and there was no more at the counter, she looks in the fridge behind and I see one but informs us that there is no more, it was in the left door I know that they are intended to replace those on the counter. - During checkout I tell her twice that we will have them as a menu and then asks me the next moment if we wish to make menus, once again she does not listen to the comments. - And finally, no polite words when we leave, two syllables must be hard to pronounce. In short, a very disappointing visit, I don't even understand how she was able to pass as manager.
