15/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. Both the manager and the staff were particularly rude and unpleasant, with a complete lack of customer service and consideration. We were with a child who needed to use the restroom. We simply asked if he could use it, but the staff categorically refused. We then asked the manager, who also refused, claiming that the establishment was about to close and that the restrooms had already been cleaned. Refusing a child access to the restroom to avoid having to clean them again is frankly unacceptable. Beyond the refusal itself, it was primarily the attitude, the tone used, and the total lack of empathy that shocked us. A minimum of understanding and customer service would have been appreciated. We will definitely not be returning to this establishment.
