14/02/2026: I placed my order at 21:36:42 and waited about twenty minutes for my tray to arrive, and it was completely cold. I sent it back because I don't pay to eat cold food. I then waited another 15 minutes only to have to go back for it again because "it was being prepared." When I finally got to the table, I realized it wasn't what I had ordered, so I went back yet again. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I finally got my complete and hot tray. At 10:25 PM, I wanted to order an ice cream, but it was impossible because the restaurant was closing. I explained to the manager that it wasn't my fault but due to the inefficiency of his team members. He replied that it was "busy," but at 9:30 PM, it wasn't as busy as he claimed. In short, I didn't get my ice cream, all because the employees are incompetent and unmotivated. I received no compensation from the manager for this inconvenience, other than being annoyed, which was clearly visible on his face. You need to learn the basics of McDonald's and talk to your manager about the fundamentals of their job, which is to manage a team.
