15/09/2026: Nice place, reasonably priced for the neighborhood, even if it's still expensive for a salad without table service. But the Caesar salad isn't a Caesar: no garlic, no anchovies, little to no Parmesan, and… cream 😭. When this dressing is well-made, it's the very essence of the dish. Bad breath guaranteed, sure—but the taste experience is so much better than at this restaurant!

Then joy filled my mouth, my palate, my nervous and digestive systems, my entire being, in fact, when I savored the advice of these jovial sommeliers. No, more than joy when it came to the Jura red: pure ecstasy! Thank you for the discoveries, the kindness, the shared humor, the joviality, and I eagerly await the next edition of the Book Fair!

19/09/2026: Alexandre Mercier is a key figure in Nancy. Come to L'Echanson. I drank the best Tokay wines in the world there, ate delicious French pork, and played music in this absolutely fantastic place. For restocking your wine cellar, there's Serge across the street.

15/08/2026: Far, far from the standards of Italian cuisine... We ordered the Dolce pasta, which was edible, let's say... But there was absolutely nothing Italian about the flavors, etc. We won't be back.
