26/04/2026: Drive-thru order placed at 9:27 PM. We were made to wait until 10:10 PM on the side of the road to retrieve our order ourselves, which was never actually prepared. An employee came with an order and told us, "Oh no, it wasn't you," but no one seemed concerned about our car waiting at the entrance for 40 minutes, knowing that all the other cars in the drive-thru were served after our order. My partner went to the store only to be told that the order had never been prepared. Not very professional, considering there was no one else inside and only three people on the patio. Unfortunately, it could have been an oversight, but not paying attention to the order details and forgetting items again (two large drinks were missing) is unacceptable. The staff consisted of young, unmotivated people who took their time (even dragging their feet to hand out orders on the patio). More than 40 minutes of waiting for nothing. a complete order afterwards (and unreachable by phone to report this oversight)
