31/08/2026: I went there on Saturday, August 22nd, and waited over an hour for my order!
When it finally arrived, not everything was on the tray!
The restaurant was filthy: overflowing bins, trash everywhere, and disgusting floors!
The manager, who was sitting there, was giving orders to her employees while there were other customers, and she was either on her phone at the counter or chatting! She was incredibly rude to customers!
We had a young waiter who was clearly dejected!
29/08/2026: We were disappointed with the establishment. We waited 30 minutes for our order and, unfortunately, it was lost when we complained.
There were only three people in the kitchen, and the rest of the staff were on break. The hygiene is appalling: the floor was disgraceful, the tables were dirty, and the staff didn't even use hairnets.
I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

04/04/2024: 23 minutes d’attente pour un hamburger frites, gros problème d’organisation ! Tout le monde prend ça, la salle n’était remplie qu’à peine au quart de sa capacité. Frites trop cuites et sans chair. Bonne viande. L’attente Interminable, et le fait de devoir tendre l’oreille pendant tout ce temps pour être averti de pouvoir récupérer sa commande au comptoir, ça ne donne pas envie de revenir.
30/03/2024: Produits satisfaisants, mais service médiocre. Attente de 25 minutes due à une erreur d'impression sans geste commercial de compensation. Une fois le burger récupéré, les frites accompagnant celui-ci étaient difficiles à trouver. En retournant poliment au comptoir, nous avons été accueillis par une membre du personnel qui a préféré ne pas répondre afin d’éviter de s'énerver, je cite. C'est le monde à l'envers !
