25/09/2026: The waitress brought some bacon-flavored appetizers, and I told her they were for my husband because I'm allergic to pork. I ordered cod, but she knew there was pork in the risotto, and incidentally, I had just told her I was allergic! Anyway, I ate my fish and the risotto, and I had to rush to the hospital! Aside from staring blankly at me, they had absolutely no reaction! €66 for two people for a dish kept warm while waiting for the customer. And I'm intolerant to histamine! Pork + histamine, I could die from it! Thanks a lot, Clos des Chefs!

24/09/2026: This is our fifth visit to this restaurant. The service has declined. The dishes are still beautifully presented and excellent. However: a bottle of water had to be ordered three times before it finally arrived at the table. They cleared the glasses even though there was still some left in the bottom. The coffee was undrinkable, far too bitter and burnt, despite us having already mentioned this during our last visit. Three times that evening, we were told it was complimentary and that there was indeed a problem with the machine. Phew! They didn't offer wine by the glass with dessert; they seemed in a hurry to close. It's a shame, we would have ordered a Coteaux du Layon, which is delicious. A manager was eating outside with colleagues while smoking, which gives a bad impression. Thank you if you could take these comments into account.

29/09/2026: The food was quite good, but the rest of the staff (service) was truly catastrophic, with bad behavior and two young trainees practically humiliated. Considering this restaurant isn't the best in the area, they really need to calm down. I only recommend it for the food, and even then, it's nothing exceptional.

13/09/2026: I bought a goat cheese taco, got home, and it wasn't topped with cheese. I couldn't be bothered going back, especially since I live 20 minutes away. But at €2.20 for the topping, it's a rip-off, especially since I waited 40 minutes! The service is appalling! The kitchen staff don't even have their hair covered, the wait is endless... and the young woman at the counter keeps touching her hair and doesn't know how to do her job... they really need to overhaul everything!

20/10/2026: 4:00 PM on a Friday: We said hello, sat down (the four of us) in the room where three people were served in front of us, and waited… and then left! Is that even legal? We'll never know, and we won't be coming back!

04/10/2026: We were served by two waiters, the first a short, dark-haired, tattooed man as friendly as a prison door, while the second, wearing a beret, was very friendly and helpful.

15/10/2026: Nothing to complain about. It's very clean, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous. The kebab meat is homemade every morning 🫶🏼👌🏼 The owners are very kind and welcoming. Very professional.

11/10/2026: We ordered 2 chicken skewer meals in bread, it was inedible, it was disgusting, I just thought I wanted to vomit, full of spices, it tasted like it was from the day before, really, it's over and I do not recommend it.

03/10/2026: Avoid this place at all costs; the matcha and bubble tea are truly low quality and tasteless! Absolutely deplorable. My advice: there are much better places to eat in Metz.
