18/04/2026: I had to wait 30 minutes for a small order. The waitress arrived without saying hello, practically slamming the tray onto the table. My hamburger was clearly under-topped; it looked like it had already been eaten. Plus, the sauce wasn't right. I find this restaurant shameful: the staff is rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. I'm very disappointed with my experience and I don't recommend this establishment. Given the number of negative reviews this restaurant has, I wonder how it manages to stay open.
