10/08/2026: It was very good and plentiful! The pizza and pasta were excellent! The service was very good.
08/08/2026: The pizzas and calzones were very good and generous.
But avoid the ice cream with scoops. My husband and I ordered an ice cream with three scoops. The three scoops turned into three small pieces (but they weren't scoops at all). What a shame!

28/08/2026: Ordered pizza for 8:30 PM, arrived at 9 PM and was told the pizzas weren't ready. Asked for the order again, got it wrong, and offered no compensation. Avoid at all costs.
23/08/2026: First time we ordered we were told we had to wait 15 minutes, after asking multiple times what took so long we got our pizzas after 45 minutes… The second time we called ahead of time, after hanging up twice we were finally able to order and they told us to pick the pizzas up at 20.45 (we called at 19.45). When we got there we had to wait another 30 minutes. When I asked them to cut the pizzas they said they would, but when I opened the pizza boxes saw that they didn’t. I also asked (and paid for) an extra topping but sadly did not get that. The staff is very rude and unfriendly to people who don’t speak French. Would NOT recommend.

04/08/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.
We ate a mediocre galette with a completely ruined crust (how is that even possible?).
The passive-aggressive signage in the restrooms pretty much sums up the welcome we received ("Pee only," don't even think about being sick).
A very disappointing experience. Avoid it.

Hotel Restaurant Le Bel Air

17/05/2026: SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.
The hotel is undergoing renovations due to a change of ownership... We had the unpleasant surprise of discovering this (we booked 3 months in advance... it would have been nice to know what we were getting into). If it were a bit like camping because of the renovations... that would be tolerable.
Except that the "room," while a bit dated, isn't a big deal... But that it reeks of cigarette smoke (for the entire 4-day stay!)... that's not the renovations! That the bathroom area doesn't even have a proper door (okay, that's the renovations, I'm going to use my imagination) but... Not even a roll of toilet paper (shampoo, soap in the shower? Forget it). The heating doesn't work (we'll say it's the renovations... but not even an extra heater?!... the temperature in the room was below 15 degrees Celsius).
No doubt the hotel will be better once the renovations are finished, but when you're capable of accommodating guests like this... I'm very worried about what's going to happen! Beware!
At first, I thought the hotel was closed, but since we had an old reservation, it was "just for us"... not so! There were other guests during our stay, so this "hotel" is definitely open!
I'll let you judge for yourselves the photos of the bathroom door with the broken heater and the storage room next to it.

28/08/2026: Regular customer, the floor and toilets are ALWAYS filthy 😳
It's so sticky and slippery
No water in the toilets
No soap…
Hygiene needs improvement!
Today it's a complete disaster
The waiter dropped several trays, including one on a customer
No cleaning for at least 20 minutes; people were stepping over the fries on the floor…
The bins are literally overflowing!
Puddles of liquid on the floor…

Very bad experience. We simply ordered two coffees, but after waiting 15 minutes, we still hadn't received anything, despite repeatedly asking the staff.
When the coffees were finally prepared, they served us two single espressos when we had ordered two double espressos. We had to point out the mistake again.
For such a simple order as two coffees, waiting so long only to receive an incorrect order is truly disappointing. A little more attention and care in preparing orders would be appreciated.
