21/04/2026: Honestly, I'm not one to leave negative reviews. We ordered. Once through Uber Eats, where the wait was quick, but once we got home, the food was cold and frankly awful. The fries were salty. And frankly, inedible. Now, I don't like to judge based on just one experience; to err is human! The second time we went, we ordered table service, but we had to get up and serve ourselves. A 30-minute wait!! Cold fries, and again, disgusting, let's be honest. They had the nerve to come up to us and ask us to leave a positive review in exchange for a free milkshake. Honestly, given the number of negative reviews, I wonder how you can have such a high rating. I will NEVER set foot in there again.

19/04/2026: Order at the self-service kiosk with table service, just a loud announcement. The response was to scan the table's QR code. What am I supposed to do? rip the table off and go to the kiosk? Ugh. Ordered a "long menu," I think it's a mistake in the menu name; it should be a "small menu," smaller than a burger but more expensive. Finished, QUICK!
