10/06/2026: We had a very good experience at this restaurant; the food and service were excellent! However, we witnessed a truly outrageous scene due to a completely disrespectful customer. When we went to the counter to pay for our order, the man who had ordered a coffee just before us started verbally abusing the employee, claiming he was serving us first even though we had arrived later. The manager at the register remained calm and handled the situation professionally while the man became aggressive towards the staff and us. All this only for him to throw his coffee on the floor when he received it. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with this kind of situation and commend them for their impeccable handling. The manager apologized to us even though it wasn't his fault and he remained calm. We thank him and the other employees present for their excellent service and kindness, and wish them all the best!
