I greatly appreciated the kindness of one of the saleswomen. Having children, she knew exactly what to ask despite the lunchtime rush (a straw with the drink, a few extra napkins, etc.). It might seem trivial, but these little touches make all the difference.
I also appreciated the option to buy a slushie and pick it up a few minutes later.
The service was very pleasant.
No issues whatsoever with the quality of the products.

Service: a 1.5-hour wait for a table of four. The steak tartare was prepared without gloves.
The atmosphere is friendly if you enjoy pond toads and mosquitoes.
29/05/2026: A very pleasant place surrounded by nature. Parking is easy in the large car park. The food is excellent and the service is provided by very friendly staff, from the moment you arrive until you finish.

09/03/2026: The room was well-equipped and pleasant. The restaurant was very good. However, the spa was very limited in terms of facilities. The water temperature was just barely adequate.
We received a questionnaire a week before our stay asking for our arrival time and if we needed any information regarding transportation or local attractions; we are still waiting for this information.
07/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Clos des Vignes. The setting is magnificent and very relaxing, especially with the pond and the animals around. The welcome was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The meal was truly delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will gladly return!

It's such a shame that the welcome and service weren't up to par. Otherwise, the experience would have been perfect. I'm taking the time to write a review on December 24th because, despite spending €65 that day, I wasn't even offered a tasting (not even a chocolate treat). This lack of customer service is unfortunately all too common and leaves a slightly bitter taste.

03/07/2026: I often come to this McDonald's because I work nearby. But very frequently, there's no ice cream, "supposedly broken"... I get the feeling they're too lazy to turn it on or have less work to do. And when, by some miracle, it does work, the ice cream is only half-served (in small quantities), and don't even get me started on the sauce, which is practically nonexistent!
