19/08/2026: A mixed experience: the fries were well-prepared and well-served, but the service was lacking. We were left wanting more. A shame.

11/08/2026: To be honest, we went there because our usual chip shop in Étaples was closed. In hindsight, we definitely would have been better off waiting a day. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: a frosty welcome and a heated argument between staff members right in the middle of taking our order. Apparently, witnessing internal disputes is part of the experience… it's a shame it wasn't mentioned on the menu. As for the food, unfortunately, it wasn't much better. The value for money was frankly disastrous: it was expensive, the portions weren't particularly generous, and the quality was nothing special. You at least expect to think, "Well, at least it was good…" but even that wasn't there. In short, a complete disaster: a cold welcome, a tense atmosphere, and a disappointing meal. All that was missing was a bill for the entrance to the show. We wanted to try it, and we did. Once was more than enough. I don't recommend it.
