08/05/2024: Hello, disappointed so far... Click and collect order, 1 hour wait for my order to be canceled by passing the qr code for technical problems, having to return inside to then reorder and wait again 15/ 20 min and all this while only being reimbursed within 1/2 weeks, fortunately a woman (non-manager) pointed out the fact that I had been waiting for a while and that my order was still not ready, thanks to her the order was finally made and I left with a muffin for the wait of 1h20 in total it's not much but it's still that, fortunately she was there Thanks to her, but the click and collect service needs to be reviewed I think...too much waiting and having to wait again to be reimbursed...

04/05/2024: 4 mc Flurry ordered, at the drive-thru. We waited 7 minutes for our ice creams.... which were already in a bag on the counter (which had had plenty of time to melt), and despite paying a caramel surcharge, noted and paid for, there was no had no extra! Very disapointed !
