24/09/2026: The restaurant "Chez Julien" in Thèze is renowned for its delicious home-style cooking, fresh ingredients, and excellent value. However, if you're curious or simply want to browse the catering menu, you'll find a wide selection of succulent dishes, including veal sauté with forest mushrooms or sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, offering a taste of fine French cuisine. Thank you, Julien.

14/08/2026: We contacted Julien for our wedding, and we have absolutely no regrets! I recommend him without hesitation. From the appetizers to the end of the meal, everything was impeccable: the organization, the service, and of course, the food itself. A fantastic team, with servers who were attentive yet discreet, polite, and considerate. Thank you again for everything; we had a wonderful evening. Thank you for making it so special.
