04/04/2026: A fabulous restaurant in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. The cuisine is excellent, very refined. A truly original blend of flavors. Go without hesitation!
30/03/2026: Delicious and plentiful food! The children's menu includes breaded chicken with potatoes, €10, and it's tasty. The faux filet mignon with potatoes and salad is also very good; you'll leave satisfied.
The staff is very friendly; the bartender tries to communicate and understand you in Spanish, which is much appreciated. 100% recommended. Food served until 2:00 PM.

Seriously, the pizzas are generous, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients for the daily specials. At Fredo's, you'll be greeted with a big smile and maybe a joke ;) and you'll be eating the best pizzas in the region!

Everything looks so tempting: quality, fresh ingredients, and the two sisters who greet you are incredibly kind! The menu is reasonably priced and the portions are just right.
We'll definitely be back soon to try other dishes - BRAVO!

Food was absolutely delicious with all local and seasonal ingredients and perfect size for sharing. Very memorable and special. Really sorry that they are planning to close down. Everything was perfect: the daily menu was excellent, the service top-notch, and the staff incredibly friendly.

The meal was simply delicious, with flavorful, generous dishes prepared with great care. You can taste the passion and quality of the ingredients in every plate.
The welcome was equally remarkable: warm, attentive, and genuine. The owners are delightful, just like their authentic, generous, and heartfelt cuisine.
I highly recommend this place; it's a true gem! We will definitely be back.
