14/02/2026: I won a contest for a Valentine's Day meal. I was told I could come at any time of day, so we came for lunch. However, we were politely sent home because we should have come in the evening. Since we weren't available then, we were left with nothing for our Valentine's Day, except the shame of having promised something that ultimately didn't happen, and a Valentine's Day ruined for both of us. Why hold a prize draw on such a popular theme only to leave people high and dry at the last minute without any compensation for the restaurant's poor communication? They completely disregarded the human element. Our Valentine's Day was ruined, leaving a bitter taste. We received good news, but ultimately, we felt humiliated. Our day was wasted due to a lack of humanity on this Valentine's Day. We're just left to deal with the consequences and sit back and try to process the shame of being turned away. Gift. Zero compensation to soften the blow, nothing. This day, this restaurant, will stick in our craw, truly.

10/02/2026: Very disappointed...it's nothing like the TV ad...disgusting, cold fries...me too...practically no Gouda or bacon...for £11.20...you're better off eating better at a restaurant for £16 or getting a decent pizza for £13...
