Regular customers help you order, and the atmosphere is comfortable 🥰
Even if you order a cocktail that's not on the menu, they'll whip it up for you, even if it's not perfect.
Ambiance and convenience, a little help is often made for the usual crowds!
A customer who really cares about their ordering process is so sympathetic 🥰
And one of the cocktails I didn't ask for on the menu was ready in the moment—it's perfect, but I like the color, and it's how I make it so charming.
02/10/2025: Great little restaurant with a warm welcome. The food is really good! The service is fast, especially for the daily special, and the desserts are perfectly made and delicious. A place to remember for a good quality meal.

24/02/2026: Superb! Inventive and creative cuisine. Fresh ingredients. Original recipes. A small but very well-executed menu. I'll never forget the deviled eggs with porcini mushrooms and coffee. Very pleasant service. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.
12/01/2026: Still a great atmosphere after all these years! A Guillotière classic. Decent quality food and drinks for those looking for a casual evening with friends and/or family.

19/02/2026: I'm very disappointed with my experience. As the last to leave the table, the staff told me that a pint hadn't been paid for. I explained that this seemed impossible, but they still charged me. After checking with my friends, it turned out that everyone had paid. It would have been nice if they had checked beforehand instead of rushing me to pay and me losing my money.

12/12/2025: Twice now they've "forgotten" to include part of the ordered meal. Once they forgot the fries, the other time they forgot a nugget. It's a shame because the food is good quality.
26/11/2025: It's rare to find a good vegetarian taco, especially for only €6.50.
The guy serving was super friendly, I recommend it.

I'm writing this review with a rumbling stomach, and the service left much to be desired. I've never experienced such a complicated order-taking process at the drive-thru. I think the person was on a work experience placement; I was served four fish burgers instead of four cheeseburgers, despite the 15-minute wait. I didn't expect mistakes to happen. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me sparkling water instead of Fanta. Despite all that, you still manage to add an extra charge for late-night orders! Well done, McDonald's Gerland, you are officially the worst McDonald's in Lyon.
Sincerely, I won't be back, not even under threat. Avoid at all costs!
16/02/2026: The bus station is 800 meters away; we wanted to go there for a hot drink, but after 11 pm you're stuck outside even if there are still customers inside. Useless.

21/03/2024: My boyfriend and I were able to participate in a free coffee tasting to learn about the different aromas that make up coffee and the different preparation methods!
The workshop began with an explanation of the different types of coffee and the preparation methods.
We then tasted three different coffees, with three different preparation methods: the French press, the espresso machine and the V60 method.
This workshop is very enriching and it is suitable for everyone whether you are a beginner (like me) or an enthusiast (like my boyfriend)!
The team presenting is super friendly, attentive and above all passionate about coffee.
I recommend 100%!

21/03/2024: Rien à dire au niveau de l’entrée. Pour le plat rien d’exceptionnel. En revanche, un très gros soucis au niveau de la carte des vins (il n’y en a pas). Nous avons opté pour la seul bouteille de blanc proposée « un viognier ». Très médiocre, bouteille arrivée à table déjà ouverte, mais surtout une impression de vin coupé à l’eau. Très déçu pour une note assez salée (110€ à deux un midi)
