I regularly go to this cinema, which I appreciate for its programming and the quality of its theaters at reasonable prices. However, on my last visit, I was disappointed by the staff's lack of politeness: no smiles, it's almost as if we're bothering them; sometimes they even forget simple courtesies like "hello." Furthermore, when it's busy, don't expect the second ticket window to open, despite the glances of a staff member who finally decides to open it (still without a smile). People wait in a queue that isn't even respected, and you're pushed past without any concern.

A more intimate cinema than large complexes, and a good program nonetheless.

A really great cinema with a fantastic program and affordable prices. The only downside, however, is that the auditoriums aren't all equally comfortable.
