24/01/2026: I ordered from McDonald's and was extremely disappointed.
When I opened my soda, I discovered an insect inside the cup (see photo). This is simply unacceptable and disgusting.
Hygiene standards are clearly not being followed. This poses a serious food safety issue and completely destroys any trust in the establishment. When you order food, you expect it to be clean and safe, at the very least.
I am deeply shocked and disgusted by this experience. I expect a refund and, above all, serious measures to prevent this from happening again.

01/09/2024: Very good, as usual but a waitress who tries several times to make hot chocolate (according to her) that's not a big deal but when I tell the cashier that the chocolate is undrinkable, what it remained full and..... no one cares and charges me €4.50 for it, that's a lot. Actually don't ask if it was okay...
So it’s a shame but I wouldn’t go back there again.
