28/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because zero is impossible. Today, June 28, 2026, at 1:10 PM, I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru. Not a hello, not a sound. I went to the counter, everyone in the kitchen saw me, but no one at the drive-thru. I waited another 10 minutes. I remind you, it was 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit). So I decided to go to the inside counter, and the young woman there told me, "Well, I can't hear anything in my headphones, and I come back every 30 minutes to check if anyone's there." No apology, nothing. Is that normal? And I had activated my card for the drive-thru, so I asked to deactivate it for my order at the kiosk. Well, no, they can't do anything. In fact, they don't want to do anything and aren't there for their customers. Not one person came to apologize, not one said hello. I wonder how this fast food place is still in business.
