25/05/2026: Excellent time at Les Fables. Very well-prepared dishes, a fine wine list and attentive service.
14/05/2026: I give it 5 stars for the refinement and explosion of flavors in the dishes, all delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The four of us tried everything on the menu, and we went from one delight to another! The service is quite attentive, but there are too few staff, so expect a long wait between courses—plenty of time to share stories with family or friends ;)

30/04/2026: On the road, I decided to make a quick detour here rather than a terrible rest stop. Just 4 minutes off the motorway, and it was all good. The evening menu (starter, main course, and dessert) was excellent for 33 euros, and lunchtime was 21.50 euros. Good wines and superb service. In short, an excellent decision!
24/04/2026: A delightful restaurant offering a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts (plus cheese) of excellent quality at a reasonable price. The service is warm and friendly! They even went the extra mile to make a vegetarian option for someone who doesn't eat meat or fish 🌞

24/05/2026: “Excellent fast food! The order was prepared very quickly and everything was absolutely delicious. The burgers were generously topped, the fries were crispy, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The staff is welcoming and friendly, which makes you want to come back regularly.”
15/05/2026: Everything is fresh, but unfortunately, it's too salty, and I'm not usually sensitive to salt. You can't taste the onions. It's a shame because everything is fresh, but it spoils the experience.

Quality cuisine, a warm welcome for us and our little dog 😁. The lobster tail menu is superb. We can't wait for our next vacation to go back.
04/04/2026: Plenty of choice on the menu at weekends. Refined cuisine. We had the monkfish gratin and the sweetbreads, after the foie gras, which was excellent.

21/05/2026: No complaints about the local team (friendly, helpful, fast service, clean premises...). But still, it's McDonald's... you go there because you don't have much time, and in the end, you pay €17 for a bad, mass-produced burger and three fries with a Coke without ice because "we're out of ice today" (at 12:45). I would have been better off supporting a local restaurant!

20/04/2026: Great bar for Guinness and whiskeys in the city center. The terrace isn't very big, but the interior is. You can play darts and watch live sports.
The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, very pleasant.

02/03/2026: L'Auberge de Baudemont is a delightful restaurant. The cuisine is original and flavorful. Crispy frog legs, foie gras burger, sweetbreads with snails 😋, Grand Marnier soufflé... A Côte Roannaise wine paired with the meal. During the week, you can enjoy the €20 set menu and take advantage of the lovely terrace when the weather is nice.
