08/05/2024: Incompetent and unpleasant waitress, when she comes to bring us the second tray we tell her that we are missing fries, a hamburger and a toy. She never came back to serve us, she even ignored us when I came to ask for what we were missing

31/03/2024: Hello, I do not understand some comments actually the size is not xxl but honestly having been there quite often it is frankly very correct especially that at the Sultan you have quality with a fresh round bread, a homemade white sauce and meat of veal which deserves a certain price so for 6.50 kebab fries it is really correct and to finish I will add the cleanliness of the restaurant which is impeccable from the kitchens to the toilets and obviously a warm welcome.

27/03/2024: I think you don't care about the image of your restaurant? Customer service is MEDIOCRE. It's really overkill, I don't understand? Well I have ordered delivery several times. Each time, there was a problem. Do you employ high school students at home? How is this possible if you don't pay attention to the orders?? This is the last time I order from you, because each time I said to myself it's no big deal, I sometimes make mistakes but we can't even reach you? If I could give 0 stars I would have done so because really of all my experiences elsewhere, it must be the worst at QUICK!

21/04/2024: I am a regular customer and I was there yesterday with my cousins and my best friend, we arrived I walked towards the waiter to ask him if it was possible to clear the table and we turned around he dropped his glasses and started to yell at me accusing me of having pushed him I was overwhelmed that he put the blame on me.
Then he came to see us to tell us that they were not going to serve us and we went to see the manager, she told us to look into it with her employee, knowing that it was up to her to resolve this problem.
We were able to be served because the security man asked them to serve us and told us that he knew us as regulars.
Anyways, thank you:-)
02/04/2024: Currently waiting for about fifteen minutes while all the customers are served, maybe I should wear a neckline next time

31/03/2024: The burgers were cold, deluxe sauces were missing. The potatoes were cold and very dry, the table was full and there was too much waiting. I would like to remind you that the treatment must be done in less than 3 minutes. Lack of hygiene, poor food.
30/03/2024: Very good service at the drive-thru, pleasant staff :)

06/03/2024: Unacceptable! We wanted to order, we called once, we waited 5 minutes, we know there are probably people, but after 6 calls of 10 minutes I don't think there are people! And I think more about laziness and not having the desire to respond.
I'm super disappointed.
