Le Sultan sur Le Mans

A fantastic find! Passing through Le Mans and always on the hunt for the best kebab spots in France, I stumbled upon Sultan. Despite its unassuming storefront, the moment you step inside, you're greeted warmly! The staff is friendly and smiling. The homemade bread is soft and crispy, the veal is homemade, and the white sauce tastes just like my childhood. The raw vegetables are fresh and hold their shape well. The harissa and white sauce combo was perfect. Treat yourself! At €9.50 for a kebab and fries, I think it's a very reasonable price for the quality, especially in a world where good kebabs are becoming increasingly rare, and even rarer for under €10. The best kebab I've ever eaten, a traditional kebab made entirely from scratch, not like those Berliners who throw carrots and cucumbers in it. This is a real kebab. It's an address you absolutely must recommend if you want authentic Turkish food. The €10 is well worth it.
