22/02/2026: Pathetic. I gave it one star because one hamburger was good and the minimum is one star, but that's all it's worth. I ordered at the kiosk at 12:16 PM and was served at 1:06 PM. It was just two "best of" burgers, and on top of that, only one of the two sandwiches we ordered matched the order (the "arch"). We got a chicken one but ordered a beef one. We got a second chicken as a gift for the wait, which was nice, but we didn't eat the chicken, so we shared it (the "arch"). The staff was slow, no smiles, not friendly at all. Plus, they had hairnets on their heads, but their hair wasn't in the net, and they weren't wearing gloves—it's completely unhygienic! There weren't many people inside, only four on the patio. Yes, it was busy at the drive-thru! When I asked about our order, the person gave a bad answer, and so did their colleague. In the end, our order had disappeared, and they had to reorder it. There were people who had been waiting for their orders for quite some time, and they were getting impatient too. We stopped going to McDonald's because the wait was too long and they often made mistakes. Today we wanted to try again, but it's the last time we'll go to McDonald's.
